Tolerance， and an open mind are practical necessitiesof the dreamer of today. Those who are afraid of newideas are doomed before they start. Never has therebeen a time more favorable to pioneers than thepresent. True， there is no wild and woolly west tobe conquered， as in the days of the Covered Wagon；but there is a vast business， financial， and industrialworld to be remoulded and redirected along new andbetter lines.
In planning to acquire your share of the riches， letno one influence you to scorn the dreamer. To winthe big stakes in this changed world， you must catchthe spirit of the great pioneers of the past， whosedreams have given to civilization all that it has ofvalue， the spirit which serves as the life-blood ofour own country—your opportunity and mine， todevelop and market our talents.
Let us not forget， Columbus dreamed of an Unknown world， staked his life on the existence ofsuch a world， and discovered it！

It may interest you toknow that Marconi’s “friends” had him taken intocustody， and examined in a psychopathic hospital，when he announced he had discovered a principlethrough which he could send messages through theair， without the aid of wires， or other direct physicalmeans of communication. The world has become accustomed to new discoveries. Nay， it has shown a willingness toreward the dreamer who gives the world a new idea.

Strange and varied are the ways of life， and strangerstill are the ways of Infinite Intelligence， throughwhich men are sometimes forced to undergo all sortsof punishment before discovering their own brains，and their own capacity to create useful ideas throughimagination.
