The heart of the Raksasa official was illuminated by that magic white light. He suddenly spoke out what the Goddness of Mercy wanted to say:
“On Mani Padme Hum! In the snow-covered kingdoms of Tibet, those evil ghosts vowed to infest them with nine demon kings. In the east, south and west, there are demon kings — Nortri Tamin, Sadain Dutoin, and Gugar Teran. In the north, there is demon king — Nortsam Mobu, the youngest son of Yutseway, Land demon king — Nyangriwa, Lion demon king — Ngawasa Chipa and ferocious devil — Sintri Gyibo. Devils, ghosts, visible enemies and invisible monsters cause the Tibetans to have an evil life and make everyone suffer miserably. Toipagar is the son of the Heavenly deity who can save the people. It is high time for him to be born into the world.”
After hearing this, King Bematu was all smiles.
The Goddess of Mercy was satisfied to see King Bematu accept the gift.
On the 10th day of the Tibetan calendar King Bematu decided to let the son of the Heavenly deity descend to the earth. As he sat he recited silently and at the same moment a green light immediately emanated from the top of his head. The unique ray was divided into two: One went into the chest of the Wisdom Buddha in the Dharmadhatu-Prakrti-Juana, and the other entered into the chest of the Holy Mother Namkayin Qumar. From the chest of the Wisdom Buddha a diamond club featuring a pestle with five knife-edged ends in acqua blue flashed, with the word“Om” marked in the middle of the pestle. The mystic Diamond Club flew straight to Zhasum Gawe Woods and entered into the head of the Deity Prince Teque Ongya. The Deity Prince was transformed into the “Diamond King With a Horse’s Head”. From the chest of the Holy Mother Namkayin Qumar a red lotus flower with 16 petals appeared in a flash, with the letter “Om” on the pistil. The magic flower waved to and fro until it hit the top of the head of the Heavenly Maid — Chuma Tetsemar, who then was surpernaturally converted into the “Thunderbolt Sow”.
The deity prince with the incarnation of the “Diamond King With a Horse’s Head” and the Heavenly Maid with the incarnation of the “Thunderbolt Sow” both entered the “samathi”(intent contemplation). They energetically sent out a sweet melody in order to move Ten-Direction Tathagata. As a result, Ten-Direction Tathagata converted their various messages into a cross which he fired into the head of the deity prince. After being melted in a fire the cross was injected into the embryo of the Heavenly Maid. After a moment a child held by a beautiful lotus flower with eight petals was born in the arms of the Heavenly Maid. As soon as the baby was born he immediately read aloud a 100-Word Prayer. As he finished the impressive reading he was singing the following:
“Senior officials were worried they would lose their status;
ordinary people were worried about having to pay extra taxes and doing military
service;
the tyrannical were worried that their businesses would be stopped;
the small and the weak were plagued with insults and humiliation;
the rich were worried their wealth would be plundered;
the poor suffered from freezing, starvation and insufficient clothing and
food.
True men were bestowed with ambition when alive, but would lie under hills when dead.
If the rich stinted on distributing their wealth, they would have to burn water for illumination after their death.
The princes and marquises would all lie on the ground when they died.
